I believe today you were scheduled to come back from your vacation, hope it was enjoyable.

I am sure you have seen the memorandum from the legal department that was sent out last week, but just a reminder: Please no speaking to the press in any regards about the investigation from the April death of the patient as well as the impending case of the pharmacy technician. The legal team is handling all questions, and while the press presence has died down in the last few weeks, it is better to be safe than sorry. In regards to the Daly hearing, I spoke to the District Attorney's office and they are requesting a meeting with his primary psychiatrist in the next two weeks. Please find time in your schedule to meet with them, and make sure to bring notorized copies of his evaluation to both them, and his lawyer. Nancy should be able to take care of that for you. If they seek an additional evaluation, I will take care of it personally. Please inform them to call and leave a message if that is the case.

I am out of office until Thursday this week, but would like to speak to you privately first thing Friday morning in regards to your patients, and performance in the last few weeks.
